Lumbini

Last Updated on April 11th, 2022

It is the birthplace of Lord Buddha, the apostle of peace, compassion, and non-violence. Situated 250 kilometers southwest of Katmandu, Lumbini abounds in artifacts of Buddhist antiquity. There are every day flights to Bhairahawa from where it is 17kilometers west to get Lumbini.
